Every class is a 90-minute immersive journey, blending dance, feminine embodiment, and guided practices that take you deeper into yourself.
Here’s what a session looks like:

Grounding & Intention Setting: connect with yourself, leave the outside world at the door.

Embodiment Practice: gentle movement and somatic exercises to awaken your feminine energy.

Sensual Dance Training: learn empowering dance sequences that are NOT for the male gaze (unless if you want to), but for your healing, confidence, and joy. Every session offers the option to record yourself.

Self-Expression Exploration: playful improvisations, floorwork, or mirror practices to unlock your unique movement.

Integration & Reflection: journaling, sharing, and sisterhood moments to anchor your transformation.
